Inspections are a buyer’s chance to see what a house is actually made of and if there are any potential problems.  As the buyer, you pay for the inspection (usually) so you should ideally be present to walk through the home with your inspector.  It’s also important that you choose an inspector you feel is qualified and one you feel comfortable with.

Below are a few inspectors I recommend, but it’s still up to you to decide with whom you feel most comfortable checking out the safety and quality of your future home.  Click on each inspector’s name to be taken to their webpage / contact info.
